Hace bastante tiempo ya desde que llevo dándole vueltas a la idea de hacer una colección completamente figurativa, basada en la ornamentación clásica (aunque mis colecciones casi siempre hayan estado inspiradas de una manera abstracta en la naturaleza y en elementos vegetales) pero por falta de tiempo para aprender nuevas técnicas, siempre lo he ido posponiendo. Pero por fin este verano me he decidido a dar el paso, experimentar un poco, y aunque un poco más tarde de lo que debería, la nueva colección ya está en marcha.
It's been quite a long time now since I've been thinking about the idea of making a completely figurative collection based on classical ornamentation (although my collections have always been inspired in a conceptual way by nature and plants) but for lack of time to learn new techniques, I've been always procrastinating. But finally this summer I decided to take the first step, experiment a little, and maybe a bit later than it should be, the new collection is already on its way.
